How long before I can see my samples logos?

We take 3 to 5 days to design your samples.

How many revisions or changes are allowed for my company logo?
The number of revisions will depend on your Logo Package.

What if I do not like my first logo design samples?
Our designers will create more logos according to the package you have chosen. Our customers usually approve a couple of logo samples and we then improve on those.

What if I have my own logo design idea?
Any ideas you have are welcome and will help our designers create a custom logo to your absolute satisfaction.

Will LogoGuru.co.uk redo my existing logo?
Yes, we will.

With the number of redraws unlimited, does this mean I can ask for changes whenever I want without a problem?
Abstract refusals are not considered, specific reasons need to be given for a redraw. Most redraws are handled on a case by case basis. We will make your requested changes whenever you like, but we will require you to be specific about your changes.

What if I do not like my logos and want a refund?
We do not offer refund under any circumstances. If you are not satisfied with your logo, we will make the changes till you are happy with your design.

What color format are my logos provide in?
We provide logos in CMYK and PANTONE colors.

What are CMYK colors?
CMYK colors are used for off-set printing. Prints include standard colored stationary etc.

What if I require my logos in RGB colors?
CMYK colors can be converted to RGB color. However, keep in mind that in printing RGB colors are not accurate. They are best suited for websites only.

What is the difference between a redraw and a revision?
A revision is a change made to your logo design with regards to font, colors, size and changes to the design at hand. A redraw is designing a completely new set of logo concepts based upon the feedback you give us.
