35 Amazing Text Based Logos – The Power of Letters

A good logo designer doesn’t need pictures and illustrations all the time. Sometimes, using letters and words alone can make quite an impression. The letters of a company or brand name can be tweaked to look like an image representing the company name. Or a single letter in the entire name can be twisted to make it look like an image.

Factors to keep in mind when designing text-based logos include:

Don’t forget to be clear: Trying to be too creative? Make sure your logo can be read easily and the company’s name is legible

Begin working with many fonts at hand: The more font styles you have to choose from, the more you can play with the text for your logo

Keep it simple: The simpler you keep a text-based logo, the more the company name will be prominent and the more the logo will stand out

Think out of the box: Be as creative as you can be. This doesn’t mean cluttering up the logo, but designing it as ingeniously as possible

We’ve got all these types collected here for you to get inspired from. There are many interesting ones that will surely inspire any logo designer out there.
